That's what makes me adore India a lot more... I simply love my country... :) Wish I was there :(
WOW thats amazing! So r animals allowed to be in traffic just like that??
Keshi.
I really like the pictures you got in your blog. And if you do remember me, my blog is back again =)

Cool shot! And a sad one. It might be unique to India, but I get irritated when animals walk the street. An occassional elephant may be cute but ... besides, if you dig deeper you might find a history of animal cruelity associated with this elephant.
Don't get me wrong this comment is not on your post. It is just me. It is just that your brilliant picture took me into an entirely differentdirection to what was (I assume) originally intended.
@ Amitabh
Yeah there's something right in that. We should think about the irritation the poor animal is having in all that traffic thing open under the hot sun :(
Thanks to all of you.

true photo of indian roads i really mean no matter how much we progress or develp we can`t leave our hard core ethics of breaking the rules so easily
Incredible India :)
I visited India already long time ago,to in a small village attended an Indian wedding ceremony ;the thing fascinated me the most was the wonderful painted elephant that carries the groom, that´s is very nice pic.
Gud one :)
oh! I missed this shot...
really a gr8 1.
Bapok combination
Wow! How did you manage to get all the 3 in one frame. Really Incredible....
I liked the picture so very much. I had once had a frame where there were modern transports (buses, cars) and as well as a cart and on the back there were 3 tribal (nomad) women with all colors and jewelry crossing the road carrying water pots. It was at the Ring road crossing near Mulchand hospital and I was sitting inside my charter bus about a decade ago. But I did not have a camera with me at that time and I still feel sorry for not being able to take that picture…
